Honors and Awards

We are all so proud of Debra Morales for winning multiple awards with her  72 X72  Caswell quilt. It is hand appliqued and hand embroidered by Debra and quilted by Carolyn Knight. She has won First place and Viewers choice at the Blount County Quilt Show 2024; First place and Best of Show, NACQJ award of merit for outstanding achievement in quilt making at Andalusia, Al; First place Mixed Media and Peoples Choice at Archibold, Oh. 2025; Second place (medium quilt, quilted by another) at Pigeon Forge, Tenn. this June, 2025. These are her well deserved awards but we know that it will not be her last.  Beautiful quilt and beautiful work!
